ORBIS estimates that there are over nine million blind people in China. Up to 80% of these cases are either curable or preventable with the right treatment. Funds raised from 'Walk for Sight' will allow ORBIS to better equip Chinese doctors with surgical techniques to restore sight and provide on-going care.
